Ciara premiered her new video "I'm Out" featuring Nicki Minaj via the 2013 BET Awards. It seems as if the video was inspired by Michael and Janet Jackson's scream visual. Ciara is definitely making a comeback. Her upcoming album Ciara is set to release soon. Check out the video below.
