Tiara Thomas, the Indianapolis native who recently signed with Rico Love’s Division
1/Interscope label is back with her first single under her new record deal. Her
new record is titled “4 Dolla Bill” that states that Tiara is a woman who doesn’t need a man
for anything unlike some promiscuous women who are all about money cars and clothes. The single will be featured off of her debut EP Dear Sallie Mae that is set to drop
