Meek Mill wasn't playing when he entitled his diss record to
Cassidy "Kendrick You're Next". Now this one is for you Kendrick!
Meek raps over a classic Dr. Dre song "Forgot About Dre".
Meek
goes on letting it be known that he makes music for the street in which they
respect. Comparing his music to Kendrick’s he raps, "You do it
for the niggas with the backpacks/I do it for the niggas on the corner tryna
make a meal ticket off a crack pack." Meek even mocks the gun fire sound Kendrick makes in his
verse. Meek
then takes a shot at the critics who says all he does is yell over beats by
saying "What the f*ck, I gotta whisper
to n*ggas?"
I’m definetly loving the “new rules” in Hip-Hop and seeing
artists compete for the number one spot. I wonder if Kendrick will respond to
