Lil Wayne’s Dedication 5 was set to drop yesterday (August
30th) at 5PM/EST, but an announcement from Wayne’s team has confirmed
that the mixtape will be pushed back. He teamed up with DJ Drama for the fifth installment
of the Dedication series. The new
release date and time has yet to be released. Early this morning Wayne tweeted “Done!”
and stated that the project has been sent to DJ Drama to add the finishing
touches. Who knows we may get D5 later on today.
As we wait for the release of the highly anticipated mixtape
Datpiff has allowed fans to get an exclusive pre-stream of the mixtape. Fans
will be able to sign up for the official Young Money Newsletter which will
allow them to get the exclusive pre-stream, priority download; 15 minutes
before public along with exclusive Young Money news and updates. Fans can also
stream the Dedication series 1-4 as they wait for the release of Dedication 5.
